

Gedcom Publisher supports the EPUB3 format, and includes custom handling for EPUB books that will be converted to the MOBI format. It creates an e-book that includes information generated from GEDCOM data mixed with content that you provide, including text, images, and other content. Having something tied to a single user on a single PC is not ideal for larger collaborative work either. Gedcom Publisher is a unique e-book publishing tool.

There are people on that will host it for you for a cost which also gets reinvested in the project. I host it only internally on a server in my home (for now at least) but you can host it wherever you like.

It's a web page front end and it a mature project which I find very dependable with a helpful community around it. If you're reasonably IT proficient, you can host your own instance of it on a webserver and invite only the people you want into it with levels of what they can or cannot see.
